We’re particularly excited to be sampling white and dark Balsamics from Modena (aged in barrels from the 1600s!), unique infused South African balsamics, flavored American balsamics and even an extremely special (and expensive) 30-year-aged bottle! If you’ve ever wondered what the fuss about balsamic vinegar is, or why some bottles sell for hundreds of dollars, we’re here to shed some light on this wonderful ingredient!
