As part of the “Art for Kep” initiative, Belgian collector and entrepreneur Jef Moons (Knai Bang Chatt) introduces Beneath the Surface, a new documentary by Singapore-based filmmaker Vinay Bhardwaj. A former banker turned storyteller, Bhardwaj has spent 15 years exploring heritage and community across the globe.
His latest film is a tribute to Kep—its coastal life, its artists, and the resilience and creativity that shape its cultural identity.
