Expect an elegant English Sparkling from Rathfinny, a vibrant South African Chenin Blanc, an amber-hued Georgian Orange, a modern Portuguese red, a Corsican rarity, and a Rhône-style Australian blend to finish.

Guided by one of Ireland’s most experienced wine voices, you’ll explore new flavours, styles, and pairings perfect for the season — all in the festive glow of The Vaults.
