4th Course - Mini Chicago Deep Dish Pizza
Classic deep dish, baked true Chicago style, presented as a personal pizza in Margherita fashion.
5th Course - South Side Chicago Atomic Cake
Towering three-layer dessert featuring:
• Banana cake with custard & bananas
• Chocolate cake with strawberry jam
• Vanilla cake with fudge
A true Chicago classic finale.

I also bring over 10 years of catering experience, delivering unforgettable meals for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings. Windy City Pizza is more than just a business - it's a family-run operation, rooted in my Chicago heritage and built with love, pride, and tradition.
