For many of us, our identity has taken on profound significance recently.
In a globalised world, the question arises of how to remain true to ourselves and what actually makes us members of a particular culture. How can we preserve this connection? Many of us revive our own traditions and adapt them to the needs of the modern world. Some people collect stories and memories of the past from their grandparents. Others share knowledge about their culture with people from other cultures.
But still, so many questions remain unanswered. Do our bodies carry the scars of culture? Does silence remember the lost words of forgotten languages? Where is the line between the personal and the collective? And can witnessing one's heritage through time help reconnect the soul with its place in this world?
✨Join us to explore these themes together.
We invite you to visit the exhibition "A Soul Between Worlds." First, there will be the interactive excursion — attendees will have the opportunity to explore an exhibition about the Ainu — the indigenous people of Hokkaido, Japan, who managed to preserve their identity despite significant obstacles.
Following this, you are invited to share your impressions and the personal stories that arise in your heart during a Playback performance.
🎭Playback theater is a form of improvisational theater where audience members tell their stories, and actors spontaneously bring them to life on stage through metaphor, movement, song, and interaction. Sharing a story is optional; you are welcome to simply be present in the space.

Для багатьох з нас наша ідентичність набула величезного значення останнім часом.
У глобалізованому світі постає питання того, як лишитися собою та що власне робить нас членами тієї чи іншої культури. Як зберегти цей зв'язок? Багато з нас відроджують власні традиції та осучаснюють їх, відповідно до потреб сучасного світу. Хтось збирає свідчення про минуле від бабусь та дідусів. Інші — несуть знання про своє іншим культурам.
Але все ж таки стільки питань лишаються без відповіді у цій темі. Чи наші тіла зберігають шрами культури? Чи пам'ятає тиша втрачені слова забутих мов? Де проходить межа між особистим та загальним? Та чи можуть свідчення про своє через час допомогти відновленню зв'язку душі зі своєю часткою цього світу?
✨Приходьте обговорити це разом.
Запрошуємо до відвідання виставки "Душа поміж світів". Спочатку, ми проведемо інтерактивну екскурсію, усі бажаючі будуть мати змогу ознайомитись з виставкою про айну — корінне населення Хоккайду в Японії, яким вдалось зберегти своє, не дивлячись на значні перешкоди. І після — поділитися своїми враженнями від виставки та власними історіями, які піднялись у вашому серці, під час плейбек-перформансу.
🎭Плейбек — це театр імпровізації, де глядачі розповідають свої історії, а актори без обговорення відтворюють їх на сцені у формі метафори, руху, співу, монологу та взаємодії, яка набуває різних форм. Розказувати історію не обов'язково, можна просто прийти та побути присутнім у просторі.
