Apollon Records recording artist Anders Buaas has released 7 solo albums since 2017. Prior to that he has worked as a touring guitarist for Paul DiAnno (Iron Maiden) and Tim Ripper Owens (Judas Priest).
He is well known in the prog rock community for his album trilogy «The Witches of Finnmark» and the monumental «The Edinburgh Suite» featuring musicians like Marco Minnemann, Tony Franklin and Richard Garcia.
He has headlined the Crescendo Prog Festival in France and done several tours in his home country of Norway. This is his first ever performance in the UK.
Edinburgh is his second home and a major force of inspiration for his music. He is currently writing a musical with author Graeme Milne, set in Edinburgh.
This performance is solo acoustic, and Buaas will play his own material as acoustic arrangements, as well as some interpretations of other classics.
