Anděl Sudik (Second City) returns to Oslo:1st - 3rd May 2026!
Join for a long weekend series of three workshop sessions:
♦ Friday eve: Where's the Wall?
♦ Saturday day: Mind Body Music!
♦ Sunday day: Solo Improvisation in a Group Setting
These sessions are designed to build on each other, but can also be attended individually.
Each session is booked individually. Reduced rates apply when you attend multiple sessions.

Solo Improv in a Group Setting is a workshop focused on developing your solo improvisation technique and shaping your own solo work.
Improvising solo can be exciting, terrifying, and an incredible exploration of who we are as an improviser. And everything’s more fun in a group! Using the energy of an ensemble we will try on different solo styles and focus on what we love about improv, how we want to play, and what makes each of us unique.
Whether you feel confident performing solo or find it intimidating, this workshop creates a supportive environment to take risks, surprise yourself, and grow your solo presence.
Level: Experienced Improvisers
Group size: Max 10 participants
Duration: 7 hours (including a lunch break)

Anděl Sudik is a director, improviser, actor and writer based in L.A. and Chicago known for her explosive energy onstage and in the classroom as well as her experiential teaching style. She is a faculty member of the Second City where she teaches sketch writing and improvisation remotely and iO where she teaches summer intensives in Chicago. She is an alum of Boom Chicago in Amsterdam, the Second City Touring and resident ETC Company and has directed Sketch, Improvisation and Solo shows at The Public House, Annoyance, iO, Lyric Hyperion, Thymele and Second City and Edinburgh Fringe. Before 2020 she could be found traveling, teaching and performing all over the states as well as across Europe in festivals and privately.
