Welcome to a transformative journey in a small group setting this autumn in central Gothenburg.
Every week we offer you the possibility to heighten your vibration and deepen your understanding of what may be hindering you from living your full potential.
Through a combination of yoga, liberating breathwork, and sometimes other tools like visualisation, you will:
