Stay a while and enjoy this fully immersive experience, use your breath to interact with the lights and sound.
Breath is such a powerful tool for us all to find security and calm both in the moment and in our lives.

Access: Car parking is available roadside on Fowlchurch Road and wheelchair parking outside John Hall Wellness Gardens, next to the gate. The surfaces are flat. There are gravel and grass terrains that may be wet and soggy in places. Volunteers will be available to offer support where needed. There is a toilet available for visitors. Warm drinks will be available to purchase and the JHWG gift shop will also be open. This event takes place outside, in the garden.
