ANCIENT SOUND HEALING

Relax and unwind the body and mind in a 90min Ceremonial Sound Healing experience using the frequency of the 432Hz, known as the "miracle tone", harmonising with the natural vibration of the Universe.

Multi- instrumentalist Daniele Manodritto will guide you through this journey, using vocal toning techniques and a variety of ancient instruments such as clay ocarinas, native flutes, didgeridoo, powwow drum, African harp and many more. The combination creates and captures the essence of mixed ethnic and unique earthly sounds that takes you on a journey of discovery.

This session is designed to guide you effortlessly into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Sound healing works as both an ancient mystery and a scientifically-supported method of aligning the body’s vibrations. All that’s required is your presence to fully appreciate its profound effects—this is something that must be experienced to be truly understood.

For thousands of years, humans have used sound and vibration as powerful tools for healing. Healers from various cultures used rhythmic frequencies to trigger natural healing processes. During this session, a collection of ancient instruments will create layers of vibration that interact with the water in our bodies, our DNA, and our energy centers, helping to release tension, align energy, and restore balance.

Before we begin the sound journey, you'll be served a cup of my special Ceremonial Cacao. This wonderful heart-opening elixir will enhance your openness and receptivity to the vibrations of the instruments.

WHAT TO BRING: your own yoga mat to lay on (or something similar with extra thickness), blankets (for extra warmth), cushions, eye-mask ( if you want) and water bottle.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts to set up your space and check in. We begin promptly at 6:30 pm.

The session may extend slightly, so allow for up to 10 minutes of overtime.

Note: Only eat light meals beforehand.
