~ Join us for a full-day, soul-deep experience weaving together Chakra Toning, Aramaic “What the Words Really Mean,” a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, Sacred breathe (Rukha) Breathwork Meditation, Water Blessings, and integration/processing time. 🪶
✨ Chakra Toning: learn the sound of each chakra and how to tone from Crown → Root and back up—using your own voice to create healing frequency and vibration.
✨ Words + Aramaic Origins: explore how key spiritual words were originally meant in Aramaic (starting with Yeshua’s name) and why understanding them can bring deep relief and release.
✨ Cacao Ceremony: warm ceremonial cacao (with oat milk) before breathwork—like a sacred, nourishing “hot chocolate.”
✨ Sacred Breathwork (Rukha Breath): a slow, continuous breath practice done lying down—often leading to a place where you feel “breathed,” helping free stored energy in the body.
✨ Water Blessings + Integration: space to reflect, write, and gently process your experience.
What to bring: comfy clothes + warm layers, yoga mat, pillow, blanket/comforter (make a cozy pallet), and water.
