Rock Presentation at the Library – Two Times!Great news! My friend Don, owner of Ancient of Days downtown, will be giving a special rock presentation for our group. He’ll talk about different types of rocks, how they’re formed, and bring a display so we can get an up-close look at each type.
📅 When: Friday, October 3
🕚 Times: 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM
📍 Where: The Bondurant Room at the library
⏳ Duration: About 1 hour
✨ Special extras:
Each child will get to see and handle real rock specimens.
The first 20 children at each presentation will receive a free sample set (1 igneous, 1 metamorphic, and 1 sedimentary rock), provided by Ancient of Days here in Roswell.
Snacks and drinks will be available for everyone.
⚠️ Space is limited to 50 people per presentation.
