About this Event
Anchored is a supportive and empowering monthly gathering created specifically for men to come together, talk honestly about mental health, share real-life experiences, and focus on overall wellness.
This group provides a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space where men can:
Connect with other men
Learn healthy coping and emotional regulation skills
Reflect on life, relationships, stress, and purpose
Grow personally and collectively
Whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, fatherhood, grief, or just looking for a place to check in and be heard, this space is for you. You don’t need to have all the answers; just a willingness to show up.
Who Can Attend:
✔ Open to all men ages 13 and older
✔ Men 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult
