Join Loco por la Aventura for an intensive training at Rocky Butte, where you’ll learn how to build, evaluate, and trust your anchor systems in real outdoor scenarios.

This course is designed for climbers ready to move beyond the basics and develop the skills needed to climb outdoors more independently and safely.

  • Building simple and effective anchor systems
  • Evaluating natural and fixed protection points

  • Sliding-X vs pre-equalized systems
  • Load distribution and force direction
  • How to prevent extension in anchor failure
  • Real-world application of redundancy

  • Redundancy and system integrity
