AncHER Group is a peer-led women’s support group focused on grounding, emotional resilience, and connection. This group supports women navigating stress, recovery, and life transitions in a trauma-informed, judgment-free space.

Participants engage in open discussion, shared lived experience, and gentle grounding practices that support emotional awareness and stability. Participation is always voluntary, and attendees are never required to share.
