About this Event
A Korean Shaman (Manshin) is offering a workshop focused on healing the ancestral line and shifting unhealthy energetic dynamics within the family lineage.
We will learn rituals for healing generational trauma and connecting to the gifts of our personal and cultural lineages.
This event is open to people of all spiritual paths, and Helena will support participants connecting with their own ancestral lineage for spiritual growth and healing.
*A light snack and tea will be provided.
*Workshop will be conducted in English.
What to bring:
1) A yoga mat, a pillow, and a small blanket for use during the workshop. I will provide eye masks. The floor is hardwood.
2) One small item from your family or ancestral heritage to place on the altar. People often bring jewelry or photos.
