DISCLAIMER:
This breathwork style can be intense. Although I encourage everyone to go at their own pace, many women feel called to breathe at a quick pace and occasionally release by screaming . Please be aware of this and ok with it before you purchase. The style of breath is similar to holotropic breathwork. Please read the contraindications under the question section before you purchase.
What to expect:
꩜ Opening prayer and intention setting, calling in the assistance of our ancestors and spirit guides
꩜ Somatic Breathwork to release whatever it is you need to release (2 part inhale one part exhale)
꩜ Integration Sound Bath with crystal bowls and some south american instruments
꩜ Closing sharing circle for deeper connection and sisterhood
This women's healing circle is intended to be a deeply healing experience for you to release any energy in the body that is not serving you.
With the craziness of life and the world this is your time to scream, cry, and breathe is out. I know I need that; permission to let go.
Let go of all the expectations that weigh you down and ask for support from your ancestors of light. We will intentionally call them in to support you in your healing journey.
How to Prepare / What to bring:
