This weekend intensive course is focusing on the following poses: Balancing Poses & Seated Poses,
Seated Forward Folds
Inversions & Arm Balances
- We’ll cover the major joints and muscles of the body and use that knowledge to explore the biomechanics of common asanas.
- You’ll learn to see and feel anatomical variations between students and how to make individual modifications to help your students get the most out of their practice.
OPEN TO ALL:
This course is open to yoga teachers and yoga students with a curiosity to know more about their personal alignment and any practitioner interested in learning more about the structural movements of the body.
SCHEDULE:
- Saturday Feb 1st, 2025: 12:30pm-4:30pm
- Sunday Feb 2nd, 2025: 1pm-5pm
