
About this Event
Alicia Pivaro discusses her Arctic Circle Residency with 27 other artists, writers,
musicians and educators. She explores the impact of climate change on this unique
place, the implications of increasing geopolitical interest in the resources of the region
and how alternative models of society inform her work, art and life.
Alicia is an educator, artist and community and climate activist teaching architecture
at UCL and the LSA. Locally she is chair of Highgate Neighbourhood Forum and is a
co-founder and organiser of the Highgate Festival.
