🔥 ANAM ARISE – A SOUL FORGE RETREAT 🔥6 to 8 November 2026

Anam Arise is a full weekend immersion into sound, breath and embodied reset, held in the peaceful woodland setting of Down to Earth in the Gower.
We begin on Friday evening with an all night Gong Puja. Eight hours of live gongs played through the night, creating a deep field of vibration to support nervous system regulation, rest and release. You sleep, the sound continues. It is powerful, gentle and often deeply moving.
On Saturday we continue the journey with yoga to open the body, breathwork led by Hadyn to expand awareness and shift stored tension, somatic movement to help the body process safely, and a Blue Lotus ceremony to soften and connect in a grounded way.
This retreat is facilitated by Phil, Fed and Hadyn, combining gong immersion, shamanic practice, somatic awareness and conscious breathwork in a safe and supportive container. No hype, no performance, just real work with sound and the body.
Accommodation is at the Down to Earth Residential Centre, surrounded by nature, offering warmth, simplicity and space to properly land.
