Listening parties
May is Te Marama Puoro o Aotearoa New Zealand Music Month, and we are excited to offer a series of three listening parties, featuring records from the National Library’s collections.
The records will be presented by experts who have written the book on the vinyl. Listeners will get to hear an introduction to the music, needle drops on the vinyl itself, and be able to ask questions about the music from the presenters afterwards.
Listen to the record Pegasus at the Library
In this final instalment of our adventures on wheels, Nick Bollinger will introduce The Phoenix Foundation in our adventures on the wheels of steel.
We look forward to welcoming you. Please enter via the Molesworth Street entrance.
