About An-Nisa
An-Nisa is an award-winning charity that has been creating spaces for women to connect, support one another, and improve wellbeing through community activities.

Join An-Nisa for a relaxed Eid Walk & Connect at Kew Gardens on Easter Bank Holiday Monday. This will be a facilitated walk, led by An-Nisa Chair Farkhanda, to celebrate Eid, enjoy nature, and connect with other women. Whether you are a regular walker or simply looking for a peaceful way to celebrate Eid with others, you are warmly welcome.

Our walks are friendly, inclusive and open to women from all backgrounds

Tickets for entry
Please purchase your own entry ticket to Kew Gardens in advance. Adult ticket price is approximately £22 if booked online in advance (slightly higher if purchased on the day).

Getting there
Kew Gardens is accessible by public transport via Kew Gardens Station (District Line and London Overground), about a 5–10 minute walk to the entrance. Kew Bridge Station (South Western Railway) is also nearby. Limited paid parking is available at Brentford Gate car park (TW9 3AF). Car sharing from Slough may be possible — if you would like to offer or request a lift, please contact us in advance via our walk leader email [email protected]

What to bring
-Comfortable walking shoes
-Weather-appropriate clothing
-Water bottle and Prayer mat
-Optional: packed lunch (food is also available inside Kew Gardens cafés)

Meeting point
Meet at Victoria Gate, Kew Gardens at 11:15 am (5–10 minute walk from Kew Gardens Station). If arriving by car and parking at Brentford Gate car park, allow around 10–15 minutes to walk to Victoria Gate.
