We are all deserving of rest and sacred pauses.

This is your invitation to rest, a gentle return to your own presence. In this session, you will be guided through conscious relaxation using body and breath awareness to soften the body, quiet the mind, and create space for stillness.

As the practice deepens, you will be bathed in the grounding sounds of Himalayan singing bowls and gongs, creating subtle, spacious tones to support deep rest and nervous system regulation. You are welcome to simply rest, receive, and be held.

In resting, we remember we are already whole.
