Curious about Pilates but not sure where to start? We've designed this workshop specifically for you.
During this 90 minute Intro to Pilates workshop, we'll guide you through some of the core principles of Matwork and get you moving on the Reformer in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
We'll also give an overview of the other elements of Pilates too - and why the Method is so effective, when taught as a whole.
It’s the perfect way to build confidence and get the basics before jumping into group classes. No experience needed - you don't have to be fit or flexible, just open to moving and getting to know some Pilates basics.
We are an inclusive studio and welcome all ages and abilities.
This workshop is not suitable for acute injuries, bone density issues, pregnancy / postnatal or if you have been referred by a medical professional. Please book an Initial Assessment instead for a more tailored program to suit your needs.
