About this Event
An Introduction to Flyfishing
Natalie Carpenter presents a FREE flyfishing presentation at the Belmar library meeting room at 6:00pm on Thursday, March 5th. She'll be sharing helpful information based on 30 years of flyfishing such as:
- the gear she uses and why
- different types of flyfishing
- why a lot of beginners don't catch any fish.
Her goal is to get you excited about flyfishing and help you avoid over-buying gear when you're getting started! Perfect for adults who want to transition to flyfishing or teens who are interested in learning but don't know where or how to start.
NO TICKET OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT - just show up! Meeting room seating is limited to 50 participants - come early to get a seat. Doors open at 5:45.
