Due to the very nature of their ownership and the family dynamics within them, and the delicate balance between family, business and ownership, it is important to understand them and what mkes them different to their non-family counterparts.

This online training programme will provide a good insight into the world of family business, business models that help understnd them and some of the drivers, values and purpose behind family firms. It will also discuss some of the unique challenges facing family firms today.
