About this Event
Beans are one of the most affordable and versatile protein sources, and they deserve a starring role in your kitchen! In this class, we’ll demystify cooking beans from dried, answering the age-old question: is soaking really necessary? You’ll learn techniques to cook beans to perfection and tips for storing them for future meals.
Once we’ve mastered the basics, we’ll transform these humble legumes into a variety of satisfying dishes, from fresh salads to hearty stews. Perfect for anyone looking to add more plant-based options to their diet or maximize their grocery budget, this class will leave you with the skills and inspiration to make beans a pantry staple.
