The chamber is incredibly grateful to Sam Stronach of WODC for putting together our next meeting. An overview of the meeting is below and as you can see an enormous amount of work is going into an interactive meeting where you the business community will be able to have an input on a variety of subjects, it is going to be an immersive one where we will split into smaller groups and work around the room giving everyone an opportunity to feedback on all the subjects. This is a fantastic opportunity for WODC to hear from you and it is also a great opportunity for us as a committee to learn more about your thoughts on these subjects which we will take forward in our day to day activity and to the Witney Town Forum which is being setup by WTC and which the Chamber will be a lead member of.This is without doubt one of our most ambitious meetings at least in my time as a member, secretary and chairman BUT it needs your attendance and input for it to be successful so we would really appreciate it if you could take a couple of hours out of your week to join us and take part.
The meeting is an open one ie members and non members are welcome as long as you own or manage a business in the OX28/OX29 postcodes.
We have a fantastic town centre venue courtesy of The Mulberry Bush Charity (situated at the car park end of Wesley Walk in the old church hall building accessed from their car park) with refreshments provided and parking right next door in the Woolgate car park.
The meeting starts at 6.30pm (arrive from 6pm onwards) and will end around 8pm on the 16th June.
