Kids: Did you know that there are wild caves you can visit and explore within an hour of driving distance from Fond du Lac? Staff from Ledge View Nature Center will join the Fond du Lac Public Library to discuss the caves, how they were made, and the animals that use them. Ledge View Nature Center is located in Chilton, Wisconsin. In addition to cave tours (which require advance registration), visitors can explore hiking trails, a newly remodeled visitor center, and climb an observation tower.
Space is limited; a free ticket is required to attend. Tickets will be available starting Wednesday, July 1 at 9 am and distributed until all are gone.
