Join spiritual teacher and author of the bestselling book Radiant Rest, Tracee Stanley, for an inspiring conversation exploring how to inhabit our lives more fully through the power of ritual.

Inspired by 30 years of deep practice and study in yoga and tantra, Tracee has devoted her life to sharing practices to help us remember who we are and tap into that which is eternal, powerful, wise, and worthy. She creates space for sacred containers that inspire clarity, self-devotion, and momentum to help us transition away from unhealthy patterns and to live in alignment with the whispers of our soul.

In this conversation, Tracee shares insights from her latest book, Living Ritual, created specifically for people whose responsibilities mean they can’t devote hours to spiritual practice. She discusses how to create a bridge between the mundane and the sacred, allowing our daily actions to be filled with presence and intention.

Rituals not only mark major life transitions; they also help us find grounding in our everyday lives. “Ritual is about the truth that life isn’t perfect,” explains Tracee. “Honoring ourselves in every season and sitting at the altar of life through every cycle of birth, death, and rebirth is important.” Inspired by the Hindu philosophy of the four aims of life, Tracee examines four types of ritual: Rituals of Support, Relationships, Purpose, and Spirit.

Tracee invites you to discover how to create rituals and sacred moments that can carry you through your days with meaning and purpose.

Tracee Stanley is the author of the book Living Ritual: Infuse Each Day with Purpose and Spirit (St. Martin’s Essentials 2026) and the bestselling books Radiant Rest: Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation and Awakened Clarity and The Luminous Self: Sacred Yogic Practices & Rituals to Remember Who You Are - (Shambhala Publications). Tracee is the founder of Empowered Life Circle, a sacred community and portal of practices, rituals, and Tantric teachings inspired by more than 30 years of studentship in Sri Vidya Tantra and the teachings of the Himalayan Masters. Tracee is devoted to sharing the wisdom of yoga nidra, rest, meditation, self-inquiry, nature as a teacher, and ancestor reverence. Tracee holds certificates from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Advanced Eco-Therapy, New Thinking, Best Practices and Emerging Modalities, and a certificate in Advanced Ecopsychology. Tracee is devoted to illuminating the magic and power found in liminal space and weaving devotion and practice into daily life. Find out more about Tracee at
