In March 2025, four well-known veterans - Jason Fox, Karl Hinett, Brian Wood MC, and Aldo Kane, working together as Project Fire and Ice - completed a 500km Arctic Ultra through the snow-covered forests of Swedish Lapland. Their journey has been captured in a forthcoming Channel 4 documentary, soon to be broadcast.This December you can join SSAFA and the Project Fire and Ice Team for a relaxed evening of story-telling and discussion, looking back at their incredible 500km trek into the Arctic Circle.
This event offers a unique opportunity to hear directly from the team as they share the highs and lows, personal challenges, and memorable moments of their journey in an open and engaging conversation, including a 20-minute exclusive preview of unseen footage.
The evening will be hosted by the ever-entertaining army veteran and comedian Pat Smith.
