Mark Crossley – Former Premier League Goalkeeper & Acclaimed Speaker regarded by many as one of the best speakers in the business.
Mark Crossley is a former professional football goalkeeper whose career spanned over two decades at the highest levels of English football. Born in England but representing Wales internationally, Mark is best known for his long-standing tenure at Nottingham Forest, where he made nearly 400 appearances and earned legendary status among fans.
Mark began his professional journey in 1987 with Nottingham Forest and quickly rose to become the club’s first-choice goalkeeper by the 1990–91 season. Despite a brief loan spell at Manchester United, he never made a first-team appearance there, but his time at Forest was marked by loyalty, resilience, and memorable performances. He was awarded a testimonial match in 1999, a rare honour that drew 15,000 fans in celebration of his contribution to the club.
After leaving Forest in 2000 due to financial constraints at the club, Mark went on to play for several other teams including Millwall, Middlesbrough, Stoke City, Fulham, Sheffield Wednesday, Oldham Athletic, and Chesterfield. He also earned 8 caps for the Welsh national team, showcasing his talent on the international stage.
Off the pitch, Mark has carved out a reputation as one of the most entertaining and sought-after speakers in the UK. Known for his sharp wit, hilarious anecdotes, and down-to-earth charm, he captivates audiences with behind-the-scenes stories from his footballing days, including tales of dressing room antics, managerial legends, and unforgettable match moments. Tickets are Limited.
