Longstone present the live debut of material from their new album "Yaki" Joining Longstone as the first special guest, all the way from Peru, is FIORELLA16.
Fiorella16 is a solo project by José María Málaga Chuquitaype, which that started around 2003 in Arequipa, Peru. His recordings, mainly lo-fi in aesthetic, have been released in various formats in countries across America, Asia, and Europe through different labels and netlabels specializing in noise, drone, and shoegaze. In his live performances, Fiorella16 flirts with stridency, distortion, and the improvisation of hazy melodies; his ethereal and versatile performance has led him to play on stages in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Bolivia, Chile, Brazil, and Argentina, as well as in various cities in northern and southern Peru.
Longstone are very excited to have Jose visit Cheltenham and perform for us at this event.
