From the first pour to the final whistle, this is an immersive evening where world-class whisky meets bold, seasonal cooking — with stories and insights from the men behind the brand.
THE EVENING -
Guests will be welcomed with a bespoke Hirundine cocktail before settling in for an expertly curated four course dinner, created to showcase the depth and character of Hirundine 12 Year Old.
The evening kick starts with a nip and an amuse bouche, followed by each course thoughtfully paired with a Hirundine signature cocktail or a perfectly matched glass of wine.
Between courses, Duhan and Pierre will share the story of Hirundine: from the inspiration behind the whisky to life at the highest level of international rugby, all guided by Bruce Aitchison in an entertaining, informal Q&A.
