**VENUE POLICY** Each person, including children and infants in arms, must have a ticket. In order to ensure that all patrons have an enjoyable experience, it is recommended that you allow extra time to park and get to your seats before the performance is scheduled to begin. City and Colour has partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 from every ticket sold goes to the Indspire City and Colour Indigenous Student Bursary, supporting Indigenous students across Canada in pursuing and accessing educational opportunities.

Wheelchair companion seating is configured with a 1:1 arrangement at various locations throughout the orchestra, first balcony and pit.
Companion seating is supplied beside the wheelchair. Additional companion seating (subject to availability) may be purchased immediately next to, in front of, or behind all wheelchair areas.
To ensure all patrons are seated comfortably, it is recommended that you allow extra time to park and get to your seats before the performance is scheduled to begin.
Elevator access available to first balcony and escalator to first and second balconies.
Washrooms are located in the main lobby on the east & west ends. The lobby area is completely accessible with a ramp on the east end leading up to the theatre entrance doors.
Accessible parking is located just to the east of the building or wheelchair patrons may be dropped off at the main or east entrance ramps.
The auditorium does not provide wheelchairs to its patrons.
