A coalition of McHenry County public libraries are pleased to host Daniel Kraus on Thursday, November 6th at 7 p.m. at McHenry County College's Luecht Auditorium. Copies of his books will be available for purchase and signing at the event courtesy of Read Between the Lynes bookstore of Woodstock. Registration is required for this free author event. Daniel will be interviewed by Chicago Tribune columnist Heidi Stevens and will discuss his new novel, Angel Down.
This event is part of the McHenry County Libraries - Let's All Read Together community reading program. County residents are encouraged to come together in a shared reading experience. This event is sponsored by Algonquin Area Public Library, Cary Area Public Library, Crystal Lake Public Library, Harvard-Diggins Library, Huntley Area Public Library, Johnsburg Library, Marengo-Union Library, McHenry Public Library, Nippersink Public Library and Woodstock Public Library.

We will also offer a WWI historical program ("Over There, The War to End All Wars") with Terry Lynch on Saturday, November 1st at 2:00 p.m. at the Algonquin Area Public Library (https://aapld.libnet.info/event/13814273).
