About this Event
Join us Monday, April 27 at 5:30 PM, as TnT Art Lab hosts Angolan‑born, Lisbon‑based artist Ana Silva, whose inventive textile works are currently on view in Into the Woods at Jessica Silverman Gallery in San Francisco.
At 6:30 PM, Silva will join Natasha Becker, Curator of African Art at the DeYoung Museum, for a lively conversation about feminism and the power of reclaimed materials to tell personal and political stories within the African diaspora.
Silva’s practice—rooted in memory, migration, and material transformation—aligns closely with TnT’s mission to support artists whose work advances social justice and cultural dialogue.
This event is co‑sponsored by TnT Art Lab and The Floating Museum (Alameda, CA).
We’re grateful for your participation and can’t wait to see you there.
