About this Event
Stirling author Elaine Whiteford shares how her research into the lives of women in the late 1800s and early 1900s has informed her historical fiction. With reference to some fascinating individuals from Stirling and beyond, Elaine will talk about women in medicine, the suffragists, women in the First World War and women involved with child rescue.
Doors open at 6:30pm for a 7pm start.
Tea/coffee and biscuits included in donation ticket.

Our events run on a donation basis, with a suggested contribution of £5 per person. Eventbrite only allows one ticket per donation, but don't worry — we’ve got you covered:
