Instead of flicking through old magazines and sticking down random yoga poses or beach scenes, we’ll be taking a much more meaningful approach.
We’ll begin the evening with a group coaching session based on the Wheel of Life — a powerful tool to help you reflect on where you are right now and where you’d like to be.?
This will form the foundation for your vision board.
You’ll then create your own visual representation of your goals — using key words, symbols, and simple drawings to reflect the emotions behind your dreams and desires.✍️
? No artistic experience needed! This isn’t an art class — it’s about clarity, connection, and intention.
Your vision board can be as detailed or as simple as you like — the beauty lies in what it represents for you.
