This guided meditation and sound bath is designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself and those around you. Set in a calm, welcoming space, this 45-minute experience blends meditation and sound healing to promote relaxation, balance, and intention.
This experience is open to all levels. No prior meditation experience required.

About the Facilitator
Katherine Litz is a Quantum Therapist and Energetic Healer who works with the subtle energy systems of the body, mind, and consciousness to support deep healing and transformation. She is the founder of More Than Physical, a private practice devoted to Mind and Soul Health through Energy Medicine and transformative guidance.
Katherine operates from the understanding that everything is energy, and that physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances often originate at an energetic or subconscious level. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, she supports clients in addressing root causes by working within the energy field, nervous system, and expanded awareness.
With over 25 years of experience in the medical and dental fields, Katherine brings a strong foundation in patient care alongside her lifelong intuitive healing abilities. She guides clients to energetic alignment to help release stored trauma, emotional blocks, and limiting beliefs—supporting stress reduction, emotional wellness, and inner balance.
As a Human Design Projector, Katherine’s natural strength lies in seeing others deeply and guiding them with clarity and precision. Projectors are designed to recognize patterns, energetics, and inefficiencies that others may overlook, allowing her to intuitively assess where energy is blocked, overextended, or out of alignment.
Katherine creates a refined, intentional space where deep internal alignment becomes the catalyst for lasting transformation—supporting clients as they step into clarity, harmony, and a more fully aligned way of living.
