You can travel the world to listen to Latin music... or, you can settle comfortably at the DeSoto Theatre and let us bring the music to you. Join us for a joyful and fun evening of Latin jazz and salsa!
The Andy Nevala Quartet is a professional group specializing in Latin jazz. This summer they performed at two music festivals in Spain, and recently released a new album, El Rumbón. Orquesta MaCuba is a 10-piece salsa band based in Atlanta since 2003, led by Eddy and Mayi Lopez.
During intermission there will be a 15-minute salsa lesson before Orquesta MaCuba gets onstage. Sangría, signature tropical drinks and more will be available for purchase.
