Philippe Chow, the legendary Beijing-inspired dining destination celebrated for its cosmopolitan glamour and attentive hospitality, announced today a special Murder Mystery dining experience on April 30, at 6:30 p.m. Hosted in tandem with The Murder Mystery Company, guests will participate in the Death of a Gangster Murder Mystery Dinner, alongside a three-course family-style menu in the restaurant’s famed Imperial Private Dining Room.
The show will be hosted by actors from The Murder Mystery Company, pairing perfectly with the elevated and exciting Philippe Chow private space. The evening will transport guests and offer a quintessential “whodunnit” thriller. One guest will be selected as the killer and the additional dinner guests will work to solve the mystery taking place at the fictional estate of Sir Warren Peace. Guests are encouraged to come dressed in character, with prizes being awarded to the best-dressed attendee.
The interactive dinner experience will feature Philippe Chow favorites starting with Pear and Arugula Salad and Chicken Dumplings, followed by two of the restaurant’s most popular entrées, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Filet with Green Beans, both served with Steamed White Jasmine Rice. Dessert will offer a sweet selection of both Chocolate Mousse Cake and New York Cheesecake, served with tea and coffee. The dinner menu will be $80 per person, which includes the price of the dinner show. Beverages will be available for purchase à la carte.
