'An evening of Healing' from HealGrowRelax comes to Ookushana.
Reiki infused, nervous system soothing ear acupuncture for relaxation and release.

Surrender to the relaxing and releasing power of NADA therapy.
Tapping into the emotional switchboard located on your ears, this gentle modality cultivates a deep sense of safety and peace. Using ancient wisdom that combines our body's flow of energy (the meridian system) and acupuncture, NADA works on our Yin system to create a state of relaxation, ease and harmony.
This treatment delves deeper than the stories we tell ourselves and the patterns we rely on. It works in harmony with your nervous system to clearly communicate that you are safe and encourages healthy and transformative release.
🪷The whole evening will be a ceremonial journey of personal enquiry and surrender. Supported by unconditional Reiki energy throughout and an individual sacred healing while in your deep state of recieving.
What to expect:
✨NADA is an extremely safe and gentle (yet powerful) system of acupuncture using the outer ear as a way to communicate with our body's inner wisdom.
We use 5 points on the ear which correspond to nervous system regulation. These points allow us to enter a deep state of safety and peace in which we are able to tap into balance, release, healing and joy.
It is not painful- I promise.
✨All held in beautiful Reiki energy with everyone also recieving an individual energetic healing.
✨There will be some gentle movement, journalling opportunities and grounding snacks with herbal tea.
Who is going to love a NADA treatment:
✨Anyone with an over-stimulated nervous system! This could look like:
Repetitive thoughts, anxiety/ fear, addictive behaviours and patterns, poor sleep, low mood, lack of clarity/confusion, a sense of overwhelm, grief, anger...

NADA is a beautiful way to help encourage letting go and release on a very gentle somatic level.
Who is this not for:
✨Please let me know before the session if you are pregnant, have heart issues, wear hearing aids or have any medical conditions, including any Medic*tion.
You can still access the healing but modifications may need to be made.

🪷A bit about Cassie (HealGrowRelax)
After having numerous unexplainable and transformative experiences, Cassie began a long journey of energetic exploration and initiation over a decade ago.
Her strong call to be in service has led her down many paths but the ones that call her most deeply are the ones that have been with her on her own healing journey.
Chronic illness and mental health are areas which have been supported by NADA therapy and Energy healing so it's no surprise that she pours her heart and soul into creating strong, safe containers for others to receive these powerful modalities too.
It is Cassie's soul's wish to help others to heal, grow and relax so we can all live a more peaceful, joyful, connected life.
