Edd Kimber won the first ever series of The Great British Bake Off and ever since has been helping the nation bake mouth-watering treats with his series of cookbooks, and now he has turned his attention to that most wonderful ingredient of all: chocolate. With wickedly indulgent and truly delicious recipes ranging from classics like layer cakes to modern takes like Miso white chocolate cookies, there's something for every tastebud in Chocolate Baking.
