About this Event
Experience a classic like Bach cello suite 1 in the most resonant way possible at the Georgetown Steam Plant and open your mind to the possibilities of what the cello is capable of in such a space. Bella will be taking you on a tour of musical time periods with much emphasis on current music, especially female composed.
Imagine the sound of the cello rising and falling through the intricate web of industrial pipes, its deep resonance echoing off the concrete and metal machinery. This is more than a concert; it's a conversation between the past and the present—an intimate moment where the delicate strength of the cello finds an epic stage, reminding us that art, like industry, is always evolving.
