An Embodied Pause is a gentle gathering for women — a space to slow down, rest, and be together without pressure.In February I’m also celebrating five years since I started holding space for women.
It began very simply, during the pandemic, with a small circle — and over the years it grew into workshops, ceremonies, collaborations, a retreat, and many meaningful meetings with women I’m deeply grateful for.
This event is my way of celebrating that journey — and sharing it with you.
This is not a therapy circle and not a place where you have to share your story.
It’s a gentle space to come, sit together, and feel what happens when women gather with openness and respect.
One thing I’ve learned over these years is how powerful it can be just to be in the presence of other women — without comparison, without competition, without needing to be strong. That’s the theme of this circle.
What to expect:
We’ll move slowly and softly.
• I’ll share a bit about my own journey and what these five years have taught me
• A guided meditation to land in the body and the heart
• A simple reflection around what it means to be a woman among other women
• Time to sit together, talk, listen, and connect — in a natural way
• Oracle cards - not in a heavy or complicated way, but as a soft mirror — something to reflect on, something to take with you.
• Fika and relaxed conversation
You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need to speak if you don’t want to.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
This circle is also a chance to meet
like-minded women, make new connections, and maybe even new friendships.
