The Experience
✧ Ground & Arrival
We begin by building safety, connection, and trust through gentle embodiment and group practices.
✧ Shamanic Trance Dance Ritual
A guided inner journey using music, breath, a blindfold, and free movement.
Enter altered states of consciousness called trance - without substances - and meet insights, emotions, and inner guidance from within.
✧ Integration Temple
A spacious, mostly non-verbal environment for grounding and embodiment through journaling, rest, touch, creativity, and reflection.
This is where insight becomes lived experience.
✧ Closing Circle
We gently gather the day and return to the world with a clearer, more attuned inner compass.
