Naples Philharmonic violinist Daniela Shtereva, a winner of the Washington International Competition and founder of Arts Planet, brings an exciting and colorful program to this year’s Hyacinth Series. Joined by fellow Arts Planet musicians, she will explore the musical connections between her native Bulgaria and the United States through a lively mix of works by a variety of composers, ranging from familiar favorites to fresh contemporary selections.The concert will also include the Florida premiere of Stone Trail by celebrated composer Dobrinka Tabakova—a vibrant new piece inspired by the rich artistic heritage of Bulgaria.
Blending virtuosic performances, cultural flair, and a thoughtfully varied program, this promises to be an uplifting and memorable afternoon with Daniela and the talented artists of Arts Planet.
