About this Event

We'd love to see you at our special author event with Carol Drinkwater, bestselling novelist and beloved storyteller, as she introduces her newest book, One Summer in Provence — a sweeping, emotional tale set against the sun‑soaked vineyards and fragrant landscapes of southern France.

The novel follows Celia Grey, whose seemingly perfect life on a thriving Provençal vineyard is shaken when a young man claims to be the son she gave up decades earlier. His arrival for a celebratory summer weekend sets off a chain of secrets, doubts, and revelations that threaten everything Celia has built.

Carol will discuss the inspiration behind the book, her experience writing about Provence, and her long career as a novelist and actor. There will also be time for audience questions and to purchase Carol's books for her to sign.
