An Afternoon of Restorative Yoga with Susan Barber

Welcome Spring with Restorative Yoga, an opportunity to practice a "ritual disconnect" from the hustle and bustle of daily life allowing the nervous system to soothe creating an overall feeling of calm and a deep sense of ease.

We will support the body with props in positions of comfort to allow the body to deeply relax so the mind can follow, preparing for the awakening of Spring and opportunities of new beginnings!

We will begin with a brief discussion on Restorative Yoga, breath work and settle in for our practice. (Wear warm comfortable clothes and socks) Also please bring blankets and an eye pillow/eye mask. Beginner friendly.
